The Ahklut is a composite animal or chimeran from Inuit folklore and is usually described as an orca that can transform into a wolf and go on land. It is also sometimes depicted as a hybrid between the two animals.
The origin of these is said to be wolf tracks that lead to and from the edge of the water.
They are said to be very fierce and to devour men.
