The Ahklut is a composite animal or chimeran from Inuit folklore and is usually described as an orca that can transform into a wolf and go on land. [1] It is also sometimes depicted as a hybrid between the two animals. [2]
The origin of these is said to be wolf tracks that lead to and from the edge of the water. [1]
They are said to be very fierce and to devour men. [1]
